A person wherever he lives, strives to create the most comfortable living conditions for himself. At the same time, he in every possible way tries to facilitate the methods with which this comfort can be achieved, and the use of lawn mowers to maintain the territory around the house or lawn in front of it is one of the examples of this kind, because the lawn mower can quickly make a specially sown lawn or independent grass near the house even and beautiful. All this is done with minimal physical costs from the owner of the cottage or suburban site. To date, the choice of such devices is very large, and it is not so easy to figure it out, but it is very easy to get lost and get confused.
Lawn mowers differ not only in the width of the capture of the cutting surface, but also with the sources of the fuel on which they can work, and each model and varieties have a lot of pros and there are minuses, let’s try to figure it out.
Gasoline lawn mowers can operate at least an hour on gasoline, which is poured into a fuel tank. Compared to other models, such mechanisms are more preferable when working in the territories of a large area. The width of the cutting surface is more than half a meter, but the height of the remaining grass is the same over the entire processed surface. But it must be borne in mind that gasoline law mmores can work with them only an adult, and even then after training “races” in the backyard. However, most models of lawn mowers on gasoline have a bag where mowed grass gets and you do not have to go after the same territory with a rake in order to remove the grass.
For those who do not want to breathe carbon monoxide exhausts during the operation of a gasoline engine, an electric mower option for lawns is suitable. Such braids work from a regular outlet for two hundred twenty volts, while they create a minimum of noise, but they are absolutely safe from the point of view of the ecology, and such types of mowers are quite easy to manage when they work. The width of the surface can be at least thirty, but no more than fifty centimeters, they have one more difference: they can be cylindrical or rotary. The first of them work with grass according to the principle of scissors, and the second braids, but cylindrical braids are not recommended to use grass with hard stems in areas. Rotor mowers at a price is slightly cheaper than cylindrical, but the quality of processing the lawn is slightly worse. At a trimmer, the electric price is the smallest in comparison with other types of mowers, this is undoubtedly a big plus.
For sections of small areas, the best option will be a mechanical lawn mower, for this type of device you will not need any power sources for the work of a braid, you can only push it in front of you on wheels that help move the mowing on the grass. Such weight mechanisms are not very difficult, which makes their use possible for old age people, this type of lawn mower is suitable for them as possible: you do not need to drag a long electric cord behind it or solve the fuel problem for a gasoline braid. Using only their own forces in the fresh air, you can bring the territory at the cottage in the exemplary order.
Recently, new products have appeared in this sector of mechanisms, they have become batteries and gas mowers on the air “sole”. The version of the battery mowing is a cross between the options for gasoline and electric lawn mower, but their performance is not large enough due to the limitations of the operating time, which is associated with the power of the battery, and it is not installed on the braids not very large, so that it is not burdened. Therefore, you have to interrupt work so that the battery is “charged”, but in small territories this option justifies itself and deserves attention with the consumer.
Air pillow braids deserve close attention of those who have the site located on an uneven surface. On the slopes and horseshoes, such a model can become simply indispensable.
For each site with its features, the area and type of grass, the type of lawn mower should be selected.
